I take yasmin to help with my polycystic ovaries. The first month I took the pills, I got depressed and had anxiety, but not anymore. And these days I have diarrea like almost EVERYDAY and literally run to the bathroom lol ever since I took Yasmin! And about insomnia..I had that before I took yasmin and the most I stayed awake in a row was 5 days and Still can't really sleep. I also get frequent sudden headaches too. So yea these symptoms gotta be from the BCPs Oh yea and I also got a paper that came with the pills from the pharmacist ..and in the paper it names the possible side effects. headache, dizziness/ fainting, dizziness, pain/swelling/warmth in the groin/calf, tingling/weakness/numbness in the arms/legs, headaches that are different from those you may have experienced in the past (.g., headaches with other symptoms such as vision changes/lack of coordination, existing migraines becoming worse, sudden/very severe headaches), slurred speech, vision problems/changes rare but very serious side effects: severe stomach/abdominal/pelvic pain, mental/mood changes (e.g., depression, suicidal thoughts, persistent trouble sleeping), unusual tiredness, dark urine, yellowing eyes/skin Hi! I quit taking itbecause I became Moody. I recently have been taking it agian, I do have insomnia and anxiety problems. I think its in the chemisrty..
