No,it’s a myth.
The only weight you lose is the crap you flush out of your colon. You don’t lose any fat.
you’ll lose the weight of fecal matter in your colon, but that’s only temporary.
that being said it is a great way to start a healthy lifestyle, meaning not just dieting, but changing that way you eat for life. the colon is responsible as the bodys first means of elimination of toxins, if your colon’s not clean it will manifest in other ways such as acne and so on. so once you clean your colon, you body will be able to absorb nutrients better, you’ll crave junk food less, etc etc…then this all in turn will help you lose weight
Well they can help you loose weight as long as you do it right. A lot of people do this for weight loss and the key is to still try to eat right and take the colon cleanser as directed. I use colon pro cleanse and ive lost 12 pounds my first month which may not sound like a lot but it can be unhealthy for your body too loose weight too fast. I recommend most people to ask a doctor first but that is your choice. There are many different kinds, drinks, pills, diets, but you need to just read up on them and go with one thats well known and has a lot of good reviews. They do make you go to the bathroom once they get into your system but that all regulates, but if it continues to happen i would stop taking them or lower the dose because you can loose nutrients if you go the the bathroom too much. Yes, it will help you lose a few pounds and jump-start a healthy lifestyle. It can also clean some gross stuff out of you if you do the right cleanse and stick with it. A colon cleanse will promote and encourage regularity, ease water retention, gas and bloating.
