I believe the Huangdi Neijing is equivalent to the Ebers Papyrus with regards to your question. It explains some of the earliest practices within Trad. Chinese Medicine, just as the Ebers Papyrus explains parts of Egyptian medicine.
While not as old as the Ebers Papyrus, the oldest remaining manuscripts of the Huang Di Nei Jing are dated between 400BCE to 100BCE.
The existence of the Ebers Papyrus and the Huangdi Nejing both provide evidence, proof if you will, of the two medical practices existing for 2000 years or more.
