You should not be asking us for medical advice on what pills to take, we don’t know your medical background or have degrees in medicine.
If you have an infection is it caused by bacteria or an virus.
Go and see a doctor he will be able to describe the correct drugs for you, not all urinary tract drugs will work on some kinds of infections.
EDIT: To be honest, you have not told us much about the symptoms, I know someone who also had an urinary tract infection but no pain. Pain could be from an infection but you could had also passed/ or be passing a small kidney stone.
land,chut and gand medicine
Water from a bottle.
try and order some cranberry pills online, it doesnt work AS well as juice but it does work. For some reason I always get UTI’s and drinking water works. You can also get OTC pills for it.
If you see blood go to the docs ASAP. if it lasts more then 2-3 days go to the docs.
UTIs are treated with antibacterial drugs. The choice of drug and length of treatment depend on the patient’s history and the urine tests that identify the offending bacteria. The sensitivity test is especially useful in helping the doctor select the most effective drug. The drugs most often used to treat routine, uncomplicated UTIs are trimethoprim (Trimpex), trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim, Septra, Cotrim), amoxicillin (Amoxil, Trimox, Wymox), nitrofurantoin (Macrodantin, Furadantin), and ampicillin (Omnipen, Polycillin, Principen, Totacillin). A class of drugs called quinolones includes four drugs approved in recent years for treating UTI. These drugs include ofloxacin (Floxin), norfloxacin (Noroxin), ciprofloxacin (Cipro), and trovafloxin (Trovan).

I’ve taken the amoxicillin (which is available over-the-counter in China), but only as a last resort. Drink LOTS of water! Maybe one bottle every hour and see if you can stave it off.
Are there any English-speaking doctors in Harbin? (I’m assuming it’s a language barrier that keeps you from a doctor in Daqing.) Perhaps you can get a culture done in Harbin so that you don’t take unnecessary medications.
If you do end up buying Amoxicillin, (don’t do so if you have had a reaction to penicillin before), be sure you buy only from a reputable pharmacy.
Good luck!
EDIT: Mr. Hex is right . . . we are not the ones to be asking medical advice. If you are having pain, please go see a doctor immediately!
My old granny always insisted "barley water" was the best solution.
You may be able to find a bottle (usually it’s a concentrate which you dilute with water) if there are any "Watsons" in Daqing.
Certainly I’ve seen them in most Chinese cities.
However, naturally you should also seek medical advice if the problem persists.
OPIUM BUT IT IS BANNED.
