Pseudoephedrine is the main ingredient in the Advil. The same thing is in sudafed, and most other brand names sinus relief products. So, your pretty much stuck those, but some non-medical remedies are: humidifiers, spicy foods, and hot tea. Mucinex is an expectorant, which loosens up the mucous in your lungs and upper airways. Its OTC.
Tylenol nighttime cold
Alka seltzer nighttime cold
Sudafed
Nyquil cold
or any that are available in generic form
A humidifier may help as well as adding another pillow to raise your head to help sinuses drain.

u sound like u need soe natrual stuff! (K)?? try havine a bath and inhale the steam through your nose….it should clear u up.
Also chuck some tea tree essential oils into boiling water in a bowl then lower ur head close to the bowl, put a t towel over your head and again breath through ur nose and wait until all the steam has gone.
