What is the most efficient way of cleansing yourself of toxins?

I went running the other day and started sweating a little bit on my legs. Suddenly, I couldn’t stop itching myself; every time I wait a long time and then run or take part in vigourous exercise, I start to itch like this. I have reason to believe it’s because we sweat out toxins.
Now, apart from that, I want to rid myself of toxins. Any suggestions?

Isn’t it obvious? By sweating them out. Also, through urination. These are the ONLY ways that work. The whole detox industry is just one giant scam of BS.
The real way to rid your body of toxins is through your body’s mechanisms for doing this….sweating and urination, mostly. What that requires is a reasonable amount of crisp, clean, water….and time. You could exercise to increase the amount that you sweat but that is really not necessary due to urination.
But, on top of that, you need to stop adding to the toxins. Number one thing that adds toxins to your body….smoking. If you smoke, quit. Other sources of toxins….drinking things instead of water….soda, coffee, tea, etc. Occassional juice etc. is fine. But most of the liquid that passes through your lips should be water. And you don’t need to drink gallons of it a day, either. Just drink water whenever you feel like drinking something.
Avoid processed foods and that takes care of most toxins.

When you start itching its from the hairs on your body making a sensation against your skin. Sweat will cause this because it moves around the hairs on your body.
Thats how it is unless of course you have a bite or somethin like that. Shave off all yoru hair and you wont itch.
They make these toxin pads that you can place at the bottom of your feet..they sell them at stores like GMC. You can also do a colon cleanse which they stick a tube up your behind and it really gets all the bad stuff out (sounds gross but it works!). You can also become a vegetarian or vegan or just someone who cuts out the red meats. You can also do a self cleansing where you just eat a type of fruit that is high in acids like pineapple for 2 weeks.
Lots of water and avoiding any sources of toxins when possible. I’m not sure about things like Kinoki foot pads, but they are worth a shot I guess.
Apple cider Vinegar balances out the chemicals in your body. Just take a tablespoon or 2 of that a day.

Aside from what everyone else said, I’ve heard fasting helps.
Just eating minimally while drinking plenty of water, for like 2 weeks. People I know who do it swear by it.
But everyone swears by something, so who knows.
