Well, if your budget allows it, you may want to get a straight perm. They are kind of like regular perms, except they make your hair straight instead of curly. They have cheap ones that last only for a month or so, and they have slightly more expensive ones that last for about a year. I got a straight perm a few months ago, and it has made my hair so much more manageable.
Also, organic shampoos and conditioners work to make your hair less frizzy. Straightening your hair with a straightener looks good for the moment, but in the long run it really damages your hair.

Just don’t spray tooooo much or it will look oily!
^ That works well
Also, try a conditioner that is specifically for frizzy hair or one that moisturizes – there are a lot, just go to Target.
If you have wavy or curly hair, try this:

It doesn’t leave your hair feeling crunchy or anything, just soft and UN-FRIZZYYY
I have curly hair than can get really frizzy. I use Aussie Moist and it always makes my hair look great! Also, try the Aussie Moist hair gel in while your hair is still wet. Also, if you have curly hair and want to keep it with out the frizz, ironically, you can try large barrel sponge rollers that are comfy to sleep in. They eliminate the frizz and give your hair a kind of sexy, playful, tousled look.
John Frieda Ease Repairing Shampoo looks good. For the most part, any frizz product from John Frieda works good. Also http://www.amazon.com/Garnier-Fructis-Haircare-Weightless-Anti-Frizz/dp/B0012NWQLU
and Bed Head After Party all work good.
This is stuff that is all at Target/Walmart btw.
Argon Oil all the way! i have really wavy, frizzy hair so i needed something to tame it.and let me tell you, argon oil totally did. there are many different brands of it, but the best is Josie Maran Argon Oil. it runs for about 30 dollars at sephora. its made of all these exotic oils that make your hair sleek and shiny without turing greasy. you put it in your damp hair after towel drying it, and within a couple hours, (or in the morning) your hair will look like a movie star:)
