What is a good routine that includes probiotics to get clear skin?
Can I use both witch hazel and tea tree oil?
How should I go about using probiotics, even knowing if I need them or not?
My skin is sensitive and breaks out easily, but it is a mild case.

There is an herbal product that is good for adult acne and it is called "Cinnamon and Poria" and you can get it here at this website

Everytime I take it it clears acne and is also helpful for female issues too.
Also if I noticed that when I cut out sweets, fruit juices, and starches I noticed that my skin cleared up. I ate mainly a little protein and some vegetables. My acne is mainly hormonal.
Also I exfoliate with a combination of olive oil, sea salt and lavender oil.
Lavender oil, tea tree is good for acne.
You also want to detox your system. Yellow dock and burdock clean your blood and is good for skin. Take it with some psyllium to help scrub your colon and move those toxins from your body.If you do this make sure that you drink plenty of water. Probiotics are great for everyone.
Witch Hazel is a good astringent and Tea Tree Oil is a good cleanser, so you can use those to help clean your skin.
However, Probiotics won’t help your skin directly at all… they are the beneficial bacteria that live in your digestive tract that help keep people regular. As far as how to use them, you just swallow the pill and they colonize in your intestinal tract and do their work. You’d probably get more benefits for skin health from Vitamin E, Silica, and/or Biotin (in proper quantities). Good luck!
The skin is a reflection of what is happening internally so probiotics is a good idea. Just follow the directions on the bottle. Also, you could do an internal cleanse to rid yourself of toxins from food, air, water that we are all exposed to daily. Working from the inside out is the most effective, long lasting way to get clear skin. The most effective way to help get clear skin topically is with a natural skin treatment system with no mineral oil or petrochemical products.
