Used Proactive and it didn’t work for me but does for some. Or you could try:
1. change your pillow case every other day.
2. Drink at least 80oz of water every day
3. Don’t wash your face with soap only hot water in the shower
4. Take a multi vitamin every day
4. Don’t use fabric softener or laundry soap with perfume
This approach has always worked for me and is so simple.
Proactiv works pretty decently… and there’s plenty of people who will recommend it, and some will warn you to stay clear of Proactiv. For what other customers said about it:

I’ve always heard great things about ZenMed for clearing up acne altogether.
There’s a website that has independent reviews about the best acne treatments that I suggest you check out:

Good luck,

Try using a medicated soap, such as Clearasil, or the wipes they make, I’ve found they do an excellent job.
I have pretty ****in gay stupid acne. It’s more like a skin disease
So far, Proactiv and most every medication you can buy in the skincare isle hasn’t brought any relief. The one that’s worked the best is a med I can’t remember….but it was prescribed by the doctor if that helps. It came in pill form to be swallowed.
I’m a teenager and Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash works the best for me. If you use it twice a day in about a week you will notice a reduction in the amount of acne on your face. But if and when your acne goes away you can’t stop using it. You can cut back to just once a day but don’t stop. Your acne will return. A lot of people recommend Proactive but I think it’s overpriced and their are two many steps involved. I don’t know about you but I don’t have time to mess around with three bottles of cleansers and moisturizers. I’ve also tried Clinique’s acne product but It’s just like Proactive. Overpriced and too many steps. I hope this helps.
