This is what I do and really works great.
First off, stay away from meat, sea foods, cheese, milk, butter, white bread, rice and pasta. Instead eat plenty of raw vegetables such as celery, carrot, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, salad or any other favorite vegetables and salads that you love. For carb – eat whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta in moderation. For protein eat avocado and/or fresh beans that you prepare at home. This is how to do prepare the fresh beans. Soak the beans for two hours in water and then drain and boil it until tender. Add your favorite seasonings, tomato, garlic olive oil and cook it a few more minutes. With this method, you can do similar dishes from whole lentils, chick peas and etc…
Drink apple cider vinegar mixed with water at least once a day. Drink hot tea made of just honey and lemon. Don’t drink sodas, juice etc… Just drink purified warm water if you can. That certainly washes all the toxins out of your body. Iced cold water will not do that. It just makes everything stagnant in your body, which makes it stay longer. Go for warm water, trust me, you will love it once you get use to drinking it. I don’t eat breakfast before I drink a purified hot water. A great remedy for constipation too. You will feel the hot water cleanse your body for good.
