A high PSA level doesn’t mean that you have prostate cancer.
An elevated PSA (prostate specific antigen) level can be due to many causes. Prostate cancer is one of these, but it is not the most common cause. Other conditions such as BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) or prostatitis (inflammation or infection of the prostate) are relatively common and can cause an elevated PSA. Even simple things like riding a bicycle can elevate the PSA.
We shouldn’t rush into radiotherapy treatment etc., instead we should examine our diet and lifestyle and build up our immune system.
Aggresive refers to the possibility of it spreading to the lymph nodes, as you mentioned. It’s termed "aggresive" according to a scoring system called the "Gleason Score". The article below explains it very well, and includes a link that explains the Gleason Score fully.
