		<description>Try avoid eating things that fill you up really quickly but have no nutritional value. Like the chips along with that sub are not needed. Get water instead of soda/pop. Leave out the mayo and put olive oil instead. Eat more whole-wheat bread. Go for the vegetarian options. Get a pizza with less cheese, but more veggies. Cook homemade rice and spice it up. Take healthy snacks with you like crackers or carrots. Drink lots of water. Avoid caffiene unless you need it to stay up.</description>

		<description>i resently lost 25 pounds by changing my eating choices. i still eat fast food and i am very busy but now instead of getting the # 2 example i would order the kids meal with milk by the time you eat that your not hungry. and the smaller portion is better for you. try it it is fun to see. it all in our minds. once its finished we are full if it was supersized we would be full its all whats in front of us we shall eat. so eat a kids meal and save the calories. on weight watchers. a cheeseburger happy meal is about 11 points. the other meals adult are over 26 so if you are still hungry order a side salad and drink more water.</description>
