Slow it down. You don’t have to run to run. Get into a pace that’s too fast to walk and you’re jogging. Do that for a mile.
Practice breathing. Find a rhythm that works for you. I breathe in and out on each left food, so it’s very rhythmic and soothing. I’m well-trained with breathing so I don’t even have to think about it anymore.
Keep at it. That’s the only way you’ll get good.
Jog slow and increase the distance by a little more every other day. Then you can speed it up when you get better.
Ans drink water but not to much.
Ease into running. Start out slow, then work your way up to 30-45 minutes. Keep hydrated. Also stretch before you workout, that’ll help prevent injuries.
