What are some at-home ways to cure yeast infections?

I do not want to take the over the counter medicine unless I have to!
Is is really ok to put plain yogurt in my vag??
What can I do to safely and effectively soften the effects of a yeast infection??

um i wouldn’t really recommend putting any yogurt in any where except for your mouth but i always her starch works
