Hi, I am a stay at home mom and I do not have time to go to the gym or money for a personal trainer. I do yoga and strength exercises sometimes on my own in front of the TV. However, I want to battle some cellulite that I gained whilst being pregnant and now in the first year of my infants life. I am 130 pds and 5 feet 10. So I am not looking to loose waight but rather to to battle flab. Any advice is welcomed. Dietary and physical advice.
Thank you

if you have a some cellulite while your a bit over your ideal weight and you loose that weight, does the cellulite also go?
If not, is there anything that you can do to make it go? I run daily, do Yoga and pilates, tennis, walk everywhere (and walk my dog) drink water and eat a healthy balanced meal, anything else I should be doing?

I just started yoga 3 days ago and I realize I am not very flexible and my arms are still not strong enough to support some positions that require all the weight of the body to go in the arms…I was wondering if with time it will improve and my body will become more flexible and therefore be able to do some of the hardest positions? How long does it take approximately if I practice every day for two hours….For how long should one practice in a day?

I really want to get into yoga, and I’ve tried a few times. My mom is really into is so she has all the things I need for it. The only thing is, I’ve always had severe difficulty sticking to one thing for longer than a session.
How can I get into serious yoga without losing my initiative?

I’d say right now I’m somewhere between beginner and intermediate… My long-term goal is to do the Firefly and Scorpion poses. Not just because they look fun, but because the Scorpion is supposed to give you the deepest stretch through the neck and spine. How long will I need to practice yoga before moving toward these advanced poses?

I know there are different types of yoga. Which is for someone who has a build of 5’5" and 110 pounds ( so no weight loss, or heavy-sweating type yoga)? I just want to maintain flexibility and give myself more energy without coffee.

Are there different moves or something? I’m starting yoga on my own and don’t know what to choose.

Hi! Just started yoga a couple of weeks ago and I have seen that some of the asanas are hard to do because I am not flexible…I wanted to know if anyone have had the smae problems and if there are any tips to help with the flexibility…how long does it take to become flexible, and are the yoga asanas possible at all for someone that has never been flexible or stretchy before?

I don’t really have the time and patients to run anymore because my stamina requires me to spend an hour on the track just to sweat a little so i don’t get a full workout with the physical damage that comes with it. I noticed that yoga really gets my heart to race and me to sweat and i was wondering if this is a good replacement for running completely, if not do you know any intense, fast cardio workouts?

Excercise makes me feel better during that time of the month. I like to do yoga a couple times of week and I would think it would be restorative during my period.
