I have eaten before a workout. I always eat after a workout. About an hour before I work out I usually drink a protein shake with fruit in it. But sometimes I get heartburn so bad I have to stop in the middle of my routine.

I suffer from High blood pressure and high cholesterol what would be a good and safe workout in regards to weight machines and cardio machines. What should i push my heart rate too if my resting heart rate is 89 bpm. What percentage of my max should i lift?

I don’t run, I haven’t run, I suck at running. I just got back from the first workout I’ve done since my pregnancy, and I couldn’t make it five minutes before I felt like I was having a heart attack and was going to vomit. Then I spent the next hour or so coughing up air.
What are some tips to help me gradually improve without injuring myself?

I’ve been using Dove Intensive Firming Cream for my legs and I haven’t really noticed any changes except my skin is pretty soft. I’ve seen a commercial for a lotion from Nivea….says something like Goodbye Cellulite or something like that. Has anyone tried that yet or have anything better that has worked for you? And you’ve seen results?
Just to add, I workout everyday and drink nothing but water. I don’t have a bad case of cellulite, I just want to get rid or soften the look of what little I do have.

I’m 27 years old, I’m a thin person, and I do regular workout, I have some cellulite, not too visible, but I have some, and I want to know if the vibrations and massage of slender shaper would help me to tone and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

So basically I’m a 16 year girl, 5’7” and 135 lbs. I work out almost everyday, usually running on the treadmill/elliptical and biking, then doing ab work and lifting weights. I usually burn 300 kcals per workout. I eat 1500 calories a day, all of which is usually healthy food. My problem is this– I have cellulite on my inner thighs that I can’t seem to get rid of no matter what I do. My stomach is flat and I’m not overweight, I just can’t get seem to fix my legs. This really decreases my quality of life– I can’t stand to look down at my legs it bothers me so much. Help! I have no idea what else I can do. Thanks

I’m 15 and I’m in good shape but I have this annoying cellulite on the back of my thighs. Is there any workout or maybe creams that’ll get rid of this?

I don’t really have the time and patients to run anymore because my stamina requires me to spend an hour on the track just to sweat a little so i don’t get a full workout with the physical damage that comes with it. I noticed that yoga really gets my heart to race and me to sweat and i was wondering if this is a good replacement for running completely, if not do you know any intense, fast cardio workouts?

is this a good idea. use proactiv before school. after school i usually workout then take a shower. directly after shower i use proactiv again so that covers twice a day. then right before i go to sleep i use neutrogenas oil free acne wash cream cleanser. then i use cetaphil moisturizing cream to top it off. does it sound good? if not help me rearrange them. btw i have a lot of acne on forehead and cheeks.

It’s bathing suit season, and I have cellulite. I’ve tried the creams and lotions for skin smoothing–they don’t work.
I work 12 hour days sitting at a computer 5 days a week. I’m pretty exhausted when I get home, so I’ve had a hard time being motivated to workout.
I’m about 20 lbs overweight, I know, but I was wondering if there were any simple exercises that target the thigh area, specifically to tone and flatten that cellulite. I want to wear my bikini confidently–not covered by a pair of long shorts…
Any suggestions? Advice? Help?
