Is there anything with high calories that doesn’t harm a person with acid reflux? (whey powder isn’t good due to acid and caffeine).
I tried eating more and workout but it doesn’t help.
Thanks
Thank Blaine and Simon for answering with great information.

If you do extreme workout, you alternate hot and cold to your muscles, to avoid pain, I know you don’t shower with hot water after overworking, you get a fever, but my question is why?
Fevers are not supposed to appear as a sign of infection?

I’ve got poor circulation in my feet, some nerve damage from frostbite, and a dash of toenail fungus to top it off. Anyone have any alternative remedies to help any or all? Having my toenails ripped off and using a topical doesn’t sound fun. Also, the pills are supposed to be hard on your liver. Don’t need that. It gets enough of a workout as is.

I’ve been reading up on how to reduce cellulite but I exsersice a decent amount and my diet isn’t to toxin filled…so I don’t really understand why I have enormous amounts of it. I also ready about how over-working legs can cause it on the front thigh, which is where mine is…hmmm. I’m wondering if its caused be my workout fanatic stage last summer.
BLEH who has secrets to reveal about eliminating cellulite?
seriously I need help.

I’m 18 years old & I’m just an average size. I recently joined a gym and I go Mon. Wed. Frid. I don’t really know how to reduce this cellulite problem, so I kinda of just to the general stuff, because I don’t know what I should be focusing on. I have cellulite on the back of my thighs and buttocks. When I go to the gym, I run about 3-4 miles, then I hit the machines for about 30 min or however long it takes me to do the whole set of machines, and then I finish my workout by running 1 mile. I’m not really sure if this is helping my case, or what I should actually be doing.
I’m very good on exercising, and I think I have to focus on what I eat also. But to tell the truth, I really don’t eat a lot of fast food and I am very conscience of what I do eat. When I do eat, instead of eating 3 big meals, I usually eat 4 smaller meals. I don’t know, that’s just how my body works. But then again, that’s why I am asking this question, since I don’t like how I look. Does anyone have any advice?

Okay so I’m 14 and 5’4 at 149 lbs. I’m losing weight succesfully, but I still have some cellulite on my upper thighs and it’s gross. What are alot of techniques that I could try to get rid of most of it for summer? I want to try stuff that’d be more appropriate for my age because I cannot just simply drive to a gym and workout…Please&&Thankyouu!
And please no rude comments!
