3 different young cats, just a few months old, have died in the same apartment. 1 has lived. The 3 different ones were not there at the same time, after first died, they got 2nd, then 3rd after 2nd died. At any given time, there were only 2 cats living in the home. The symptoms weren’t really exactly alike for all 3 cats, but just that all got sick….first one’s head kept swelling, was treated for allergies, then just died. Second one had blood clot on eye, was treated first for some kind of platelet disorder, then vet decided she had consumed rat poison before she was adopted and treated for that, she did get better to an extent, then died. 3rd hit her head on wall while playing with other housecat, acted like she felt bad first day, then got better for a few days, then just died. My daughter, who’s the cat owner, and it is her apartment, seems to have an awful lot of headaches and nausea….I’m afraid there is some kind of connection. Any help out there?

I recently looked in my mouse cage and decided to play with one of my mice but was surprised to find a tumor on the side of her belly. I also found that she was a little bit obiese! I am bringing her to the vet tomorrow but I am wondering how much it might cost if I got it removed?

Male lab and he gets recurring yeast infections in his ears. The vet treats it with medicine but it always comes back.

Last night my dog ended up with a pretty nasty looking rash on his inner thighs and on his "armpits." It looks as though he has a few scratches too. I’m staying at my family’s house, watching their dogs. I thought it could be poison ivy, but all of the dogs run around in the same area, and the other two don’t have any symptoms. I haven’t fed him anything different. The leg that looks the worst (pretty raw) also has a foul smell coming from the rash area. What could have caused this rash? Is there anything I can do for him in the mean time before I take him in to the doc?

Please don’t tell me to take him to a vet…I know to do that. I would just like some ideas as to what this rash could be, since I can’t find any info online.

My dog has a sore throat…does anyone know of anything i can give her to make it feel better…other than taking her to the vet for medicine, i’m doing that later today.

My mouse has something that looks like a tumor by her leg. It is pretty big. I turned her over and it was purple on the bottom and it was soft when I touched it. She can’t run on her wheel or fit through her tube. She also limps when she walks. She also has something that looks like a cut near it.

Does that sound like a tumor? What could I do to help her?

My beagle (around 7 or 8 years old) has little warts all over her body. I took her to the vet, and she says they are benign, so they do not have infections of any sort. I want to get them removed, but I don’t want to have to get surgery on her and I don’t want to spend 600 dollars on getting warts removed that may come back. Any thing I can try on her at home that would be safe?

My kitten has a cold and I can’t afford to take her to a Vet. Her eyes are real weepy and she is sneezing. Her nose is warm, too. Does anyone know of any home remedies that might help? I would be so greatful for any help!

Even the Vet is mystified with my dog suffering from terrible constipation. Is there any good old method of feeding the animal for relief?

I took my hamster to a vet today and he said he had a slight brain tumor. I was afraid that he was dying, but the vet said its not to bad. He was breathin heavily, but it was caz he was so stressed out. I thought he had a broken arm, but didnt he is just walkin slowly. Does anyone know how long this will last. Good thing is he seems to be doing better. Startin to eat a little bit again. It would be sad to see him go, hes a lovable hamster.

My cat has been having nose problems for several weeks and it hasn’t been getting better so I took him to the vet. The vet looked in his nose and couldn’t see anything so he said he was worried it might be a tumor. He asked me to leave him over night so he could take some x-rays. I was just wondering if anyone knew how common tumors/cancer is in cats. My cat means a lot to me and I’m worried sick about the whole situation.

My 4 year old dog has a fibroid cytoma tumor, on his side just in front of his hind leg. I am debating whether I should go with surgery, or not? Will the
quality of life which is great now, be affected? Will the Vet, then want to give him chemo?

My dad is paying the cost for all the vaccinations for my little kittens that i just got. They are old enough now to get all their needed vaccinations. I live in London and don’t have a clue where to bring my kittens. I am really short with money at the moment so if someone could tell me a vet’s website where i can book an appointment and pay straight away online, that would be fantastic.
