I have just a couple small warts on my vagina, and they look NOTHING like the pictures on google of "Genital Warts". Could this possibly be from something else such as an infection, or contact with a normal wart or something?

I read on the internet that its not mandatory for everyone, and family, or maybe couples, maybe excludedfrom the test. I also read that the test is upto the discretion of the medical examiner.
The only unprotected sex I had was s*cking a woman’s vagina for less than 5 minutes, which was about 2-3 years back. I am generally sick and exhibit a few symptoms of aids like opportunistic infections, burning feet, nausea, & I keep getting the flu.
Is the aids test mandatory or not?

I’ve heard that if u eat yogurt it will help keep yeast infections away. if so, how much do u have 2 eat a day. I’ve also heard that u could dip a tampon in yogurt and wear it 4 direct contact in the vagina. About how long do u keep it in the vagina for it 2 work? Does this also get rid of vaginal odor?

I use the NuvaRing for birth control. I have a yeast infection. The miconazole cream says "this drug should not be used with other vaginal products", but don’t specify anything like the ring – only condoms and diaphrams.
I can’t use diflucan/fluconazole for this yeast infection, so please don’t suggest it.
I can’t take the NuvaRing out for long enough to use the cream, so please don’t suggest it.
Please note that this is an *internal* cream. I’m well aware that my vulva won’t explode if I apply it outside. I want to be able to take the applicator and apply the cream the way the instructions tell me to: inside my vagina.

I’m 25 wks and have had yeast infections constantly since I’ve been pregnant. Tried creams perscribed by doctors nothing helps. Been tested for STD’s all negative. The only thing that came back positive is group B strep( bacteria that lives in digestive system and in vagina).

I heard that for the same reasons doctors recommend wearing cotton underwear, and not sleeping in underwear (because it lets your vagina breath, and yeast likes humidity) that shaving your pubes helps prevent yeast infections, but I’ve heard elsewhere that pubic hairs purpose is to help prevent the vagina from becoming infected.
Which is right?

I mean I know how to prevent yeast infections but just not when your on your period just recently cured one and I’m doing anything I can for it not to come back. I’m on my period now and it says to let the vagina breathe but how can I do that If I have to wear a pad 247 for about a week?

I get them all the time. Especially whenever I try to have foreplay with significant other… it’s as if any kind of sexual events, even by myself, causes me to get a yeast affection. I want to have a good sex life, as well as, a nice and healthy vagina. I’ve been told by my doctor that I have more yeast than other women and that I’m prone to infections.
What to do?
