Okay so I have a horse show coming up.
I have a tendency to ‘tense up’ and get worried and hyper. And I need something that could calm me down. Because my energy will affect the horse and that won’t be good at all. It’ll be a huge mess.
So does anyone know of any remedy or something I could take that’ll calm me down? Even an activity.

I have recently been diagnosed with postviral gastroparesis. Although I am tolerating the low fat low diet fairly well (oh how I miss fresh veggies and loathe baby food!), I have developed a strong tendency towards constipation. I believe this is due to the "low fiber" part of my diet. I am a little concerned about this because of a strong family history of colon cancer, and fiber is said to help prevent it… What can I eat or take to relieve the constipation?

ive searched many different things on home remedies for acne. ive also asked on yahoo answers but that didnt work….. so far ive found nothing that i can use without leaving my house this moment. so the state of my skin is kinda dry. i have pimples EVERYWHERE no specific places. forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose. i have blackheads on my nose too. my pimples arent all white heads some are just bumps. not red or inflamed but they have puss, what r they? ok so i am looking for home remedies that dont have honey or lemons bc i dont have any. DO NOT SAY TOOTH PASTE my pimples are just one here or there its like 6 new ones every day. if i pop them (which i have a tendency to do) i get scars and stuff. so home remedies to clear up acne (hopefully in a week if possible i start school in 9 days and counting) uhm also if u guys have any suggestions on how i can stop myself from popping my pimples
i am so not using proactive bc i know i cant afford it (my mom will make me pay for it) and ive read that if u stop using it the acne will get even worse. also is neutrogena a good product?

8 year old female; no immuno-compromising issues; healthy, active, though she does have a tendency toward sensory processing issues, and because of it can have serious, irrational melt-downs. Lately, the yeast infections have flared up, and so has the sensory processing issues/behavior. I’m starting to wonder if there could be a connection between the presence of yeast and possibly blood sugar levels that affect her behavior? She’s been tested for diabetes – all clear.

Hi everyone.
My boss just found out her 16 year old daughter has type 1 diabetes. We were all very sad to hear the news. Apparently she will be taking medication everyday for the rest of her life and she has a strict diet to follow. What’s the difference between type 1 and type 2? Also, do people with diabetes have a tendency to be thin and lose a lot of weight because of their diet? Apparently before she was diagnosed, she lost 10 pounds within a month.
Thanks!
