I am a relatively in shape girl, but my biggest problem is the small layer of fatty, nasty, cellulite stuff on the backs of my thighs. I know that those lotions and serums aren’t going to be the most economical or effective way of getting rid of the problem, but nothing else I do seems to work.
Should I be working out more and trying to burn more calories? Is there a specific exercise that you could suggest to target the problem?
Any suggestions would be a blessing!

hi,
my boyfriends father has a tumour in the lobe of his lung. we have just found out today (after a week of waiting on results) that it is probably cancerous and he needs to go in to hospital for further exams so doctors have more information on it and know wether or not it has spread. his lymph nodes arent swollen. we percieve him to be in good health at the moment (eats properly, no weightloss, able to do normal amounts of activity etc)
i was wondering are there any other signs of knowing if cancer has spread? has anyone known of / had a similar thing happen to them?
is there treatement?
i know this probably isnt the best source of information and i may be self diagnosing (which isnt good i know) but after over a week and a half waiting and already having gone through 2 different exams and now having to sit through another tommorow and then wait on results again is very stressful (damn the aussie hospital system!!)
any info / personal stories are much appreciated!!
also, the tumour is 8cm by 9cm perfectly round shape
