I constantly get sinus infections no matter what I do to clean my house. I take 2 types of allergy medicines, and while they help other symptoms, my sinuses are not in the best of shape most of the time. That is why I am asking for a good home remedy!

My doctor recently diagnosed me with chronic constipation and hemorrhoids. I haven’t taken any steps to treat the hemorrhoids and I’ve been noticing the itching sensations increasing. No blood present. Recently, though, I have noticed a change in the shape of my stool. I was wondering if that could be attributed to the hemorrhoids or if maybe it’s something else… Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

For embalming or an autopsy, what shape do they cut you open in? Is it an H sideways, a Y, or a T?
If it is not the sideways H, is there any medical procedure where they do?

Also, how is a population of HIV viruses different than a multicellular organism. How does the shape of HIV virus relate to the particular function in the disease?
Please write down your sources. Thanks!

the chaga mushroom looks black and mishapen so i don’t think they’re the same, what is this other mushroom that grows? they are light in color and you can see the growth lines. it is in the shape of an upside down cone with a mushroomy flat bottom. like an umbrella shape.

Cells in the human body could be compared to the people in the United States. When cells grow together and overpower and hinder other cells etc., that would be referred to as a tumor. A tumor is dangerous to your health. The more the tumor grows, the worse the shape is you are in. Kind of like government. Government grows and our country suffers.

My husband and I are total foodies and I can’t think of very many things I love to do more than cooking. As a result we have gained some unwanted weight. Now we are starting to exercise and get back in shape. I’m not sure if our weight gain has more to do with inactivity (we both stopped exercising shortly after the wedding and don’t have active jobs) or the increase in homecooked meals. But neither of us wants to give up great tasting food. Are there any tips or tricks to taking food we love and making it better for us? Do you know good websites for healthy great tasting recipes or planning healthy meals? I don’t tend to cook with a lot of butter, fatty meats or very many canned ingredients and I try to use as many fresh ingredients as I can, but I’m still afraid it’s not healthy enough. Any tips?

I think I’m beginning to think that I’m the dumbest female ever,
to get ”this old” (or stay this young), and just find out, after all
these years that, what my body needs / should have is:
PROBIOTICS.
Wish I’d known this years ago…perhaps I cuduv avoided a lot
of ailments and aches & pains…of mid-life crisis..and If It’s a
Cure, I’ll take it…
I guess we just didn’t know how good a cook "grandma" really
was when she wanted to ”shove that sour milk”, from that "cow
juice", down my throat, huh?
I made that once, not so long ago, sour milk, the ”curds & whey" thing…and now it doesn’t seem so bad.
Ya take 1/2 gallon Real Fresh Cow’s Milk, put it in a Gallon
Jar, and ”Shake that Bootie…I mean the Jar..til the Butter..
takes Shape, and ya remove the wad of butter…and shake
that Bootie (jar) again…and then let it set in a warm spot, and
curdle (couple of hours), and you have butter & sour (curd),,,
beat the whey, add salt to taste..thus yogurt is there..TF

Hey, so I’m working out, doing a lot of running and biking, and I was wondering if the cellulite and stretch marks I have will disappear when I get back into shape?
If just exercising wont work, are there any actual remedies that do help?

I am taking a beginner’s yoga class at my college and I am finding it nearly impossible to get myself into a shoulder stand. I’ve been trying to practice at home to no avail. I’m a little more out of shape than I initially thought, because apparently I’m completely lacking core and upper body strength. Any suggestions to help me get into a shoulder stand without killing myself?

My whole life I have been petite… I played sports all throughout high school which kept me in shape. I am still small but I have gained some belly fat and cellulite on my upper legs. I heard that there is really no way to get rid of cellulite but I feel confident that if I find out a way, that I can flatten my tummy again to where it used to be… any ideas?

Also, is yoga something that you need to be in shape already to start? In other words, do they work you into it, or it will it kick your butt if you’re a little out of shape?
What exactly does it do for you?

Hello everyone, I want to try Yoga for the first time. I’m seriously out of shape, having lots of muscle aches and I’m suffering from severe depression. I’ve hear the many great benefits from Yoga; I don’t know where to start. What beginners DVD would you recommend for me?
