I’m 22 years old and was recently diagnosed with secondary Sjogren’s syndrome with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Is anyone else out there like this? I’ve had symptoms for nearly a decade, and have not started official medication yet. I’m finding it so hard to exercise as fatigue drains every bit of energy I have. Is it normal to have excessive fatigue with RA? It’s been really hard for me to cope with this, seeing as how its so rare for someone my age, and I’m just looking for some support.

Any words of advice are greatly appreciated!

Since I can remember, I’ve always had stiffness and pain in the joint of my middle finger.. The joint inflames and becomes very painful and then goes down to where I feel almost no stiffness or pain. The joint, even when it isn’t inflamed is significantly larger than the rest of my finger’s joints. I’ve had this pain since before I started school, and now I’m 18. I would love if anyone has ideas to what it may be or if they know for sure that it’s a very mild case of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

How to stop symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis in finger/s?
My mum have one finger which is moving towards her little finger (ulnar deviation) and it is swollena nd painful. Any ideas?

Natural Remedies would be good, because it’s probably not bad enough to get prescribed drugs. xx

I’m always telling my mother to cut down on tea drinking as she has about fifteen or twenty cups of tea per day… even getting a cup before going to bed! Her rheumatoid arthritis in her feet has been getting worse and I believe that drinking so much tea is partly to blame. Am I right here or is her habitual tea drinking irreverent to this problem? thanks if you can help!

I have rheumatoid arthritis but do not take any medicine for it(I’m personally against putting un-natural things in my body). I would like to sign up for bone marrow donation to help anyone whom I may be a match for. Can a person with RA still donate bone marrow?

Thanks!

My doctor told me I possibly have a case of drug induced rheumatoid arthritis, and told me that there is a difference between having rheumatoid arthritis as opposed to having it induced by a drug. However the particular doctor that i saw was unable to tell me the differences. Is it a permanent condition, is it better or worse? Any information would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
