I am 24 years old and I just found out that I have RA (rheumatoid arthritis). I don not want to take medications for the rest of my life and am just wondering if I have any other approaches for treatment options.
I have a friend that is suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis…and is supposed to see a specialist in a few weeks…right now he needs something to help. All the prescription mdsis just a temporary fix.

My right knee is swollen and I am unable to bend it fully, and its been like this for about 3 months. I play volleyball and Im also a runner. When I run or walk my knee doesn’t hurt at all, just only when i try to bend it into a certain position. I went to the doctor, and he told me that i might have rheumatoid arthritis. If i do have this, what is the treatment? Will my knee ever go back to normal? Will I ever get to run track or play any sports again?
my 13 year old girlfriend has polyarticular juvenile rheumatoid arthritis in every joint in her body. the medications she takes aren’t really working for her. does anyone know any medicines, foods, techniques, or anything at all that can help with arthritis pain? she’s in so much pain, all the time, it breaks my heart..

I have been begging my mom to go to yoga class with me because her rheumatoid arthritis is getting worse. Her hand is deformed from it. She thinks it will make it worse,but even her dr. said she needs to do yoga or she will be paying 00.00 a month for shots for her arthritis. Has anyone had a good experience with yoga?

I am having my widsom teeth extracted on Friday and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am being "put under" with general anesthetics. Are there any extra risks involved with being put under because of the Rheumatoid Arthritis? I will be stopping my meds before and after the surgery, but just wondering if that alone will keep me safe.
I am 16 and i have hashimoto’s thyritis (auto immune thyroid disease). my mother has the same condition but I do not know the cause of her’s, she also has rheumatoid arthritis, does this increase my chances of having rheumatoid arthritis?
My doctor says no, with a puzzled look on his face…but really, autoimmune problems such as asthma and rheumatoid arthritis would be related…as would lupus and asthma, etc…autoimmune malfunctions…
