I’m not sure whether or not heavy mineral oil which I found in the constipation section of my local pharmacy is food safe or not. I presume it is ingested as it’s a laxative but am not certain if it’s adequate for the cutting board. If not can someone please tell me where to find the food safe stuff? Thanks in advance!

I have a few minor scars on my arm but I really want them gone. I’ve heard rumors of treatments you can buy at Wal-Mart or some kind of pharmacy over the counter. What I want to know is, is there really a medicine like this, and if so, which brand works the best, is there a limit on how much they’ll go away, is any scar too big, and how fast does it usually take for it to work.

I’m 13 weeks pregnant and went to my midwife today. She just looked and said she thinks i have a yeast infection. She didn’t send anything to the lab or anything…She wrote me a prescription for Monistat but since I have Medi-cal , the pharmacy gave me a generic 7-day treatment. On the instructions, it says only use during pregnancy when CLEARLY necessary.

My question is, is it safe to use? How far do I apply the cream?

Also, can it cause miscarriage ? I"m very worried.

Well I have been prescribed 10mg of Paxil for one week and after that 20mg.. to work up to a stronger dose, for anxiety disorder. My doctor had told me that I was probably going to want to take the dose in the morning to avoid insomnia… since I already have trouble sleeping, well the pharmacist told me to take them at night because they will cause drowsiness, (is also says the same thing on the bottle) I looked up some information on Paxil and it kept saying typically and preferably taken in the morning. I called the Pharmacy back and they said you will just have to go by trial and error because it affects people differently. I took a pill last night at 7pm and I am not sure if it was the pill or not but I felt sorta wide awake but I was still able to fall asleep. so should I take one this morning to see how that goes…. or is that too soon together. I have an 8 month old son, and I would hate to feel too drowsy to take care of him. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.♥
