For someone who does not regularly have headaches, what could be the cause of sudden, deep, annoying headaches, along with nausea, and sever upper neck pain, also random numbness of left thumb, and blurred vision in left eye. Headache is on right side of head. My wife, 26 yr old female, 5′ 125lbs.

I have had the feeling of nausea and burning in the throat ever since last summer and only recently figured out it is acid reflux. I have given up things like coffee and chocolate, which seemed to help for awhile, but sometimes I still get the symptoms again, no matter what I eat. It gets worse when I drink water for some reason. I tried some OTC medicine but it didn’t help that much and I can’t afford to go to the doctor’s for it. Does anyone have any home remedies or anything like that?

If someone is dying of what is referred to as an ‘aggressive’ cancer (testicular cancer), will they feel pain, nausea? What type of symptoms will they go through (comatose, low blood pressure, etc.)? Also, do hospitals administer anything to suffering cancer patients?

I get migraines about once a month. Sometimes they are really bad. Accompanying symptoms: blurred vision, nausea. Any tips?

Last night, I woke up with stomach cramps. They subsided on their own after a while, and I eventually went back to sleep. I didn’t have any other symptoms (heartburn, nausea, etc.) besides the cramps, and so far I feel okay today.

What is a good remedy – either medicine or simple home remedy – to take for stomach cramps? I have two stomach medicines in my house – liquid Pepto and Maalox tablets – but I’m not sure either of them would help at all.

I snort an apparent generic version of ADHD medicine and now I have really bad sinuses, apatite loss, and nausea. And I don’t have a headache but oddly I feel the presences of the headache I had the night I snorted it. I need to know how to get rid of these symptoms quick before my mom finds something out. I’m 26 and have been having hot flashes when they happen I get nausea and feel like i’m going to pass out. I have also been very thirsty lately I think I’m retaining water I have been drinking about 6-8 drinks that are 12-16oz each mostly water before 4pm but go all day without having to urinate. Anyone have any idea whats going on with me?

Sometime within the last two months I have been getting terrible car sickness. The nausea and headaches start after about twenty-five minutes of being a passenger in a car. Can a person suddenly develop motion sickness and what remedies work to lessen the symptoms? I get too sick and miserable to ride in a car with others for a long period of time. I am only fine when I am the driver and this is getting very inconvenient for everyone. Thanks for your help.

My neighbor has pancreatic cancer. Both she and her husband are both elderly and my husband and I want to help them with their upcoming family dinner to celebrate their son’s engagement. I understand a cancer patient’s palate can be extra-sensitive and she has talked to me about the chemo-induced nausea she deals with daily so I want to make sure it best meets her needs. From those with experience, what would you recommend we make for them?

is there something i can take for nausea that is a home remedy aside from eating saltine crackers-also someone said if i feel nausea coming on at work i can eat a peppermint candy and it may help ward it off-is that true–and is it the red and white peppermint candies or like a peppermint tic tac or something??

I am 6 weeks tomorrow and just have had nausea no throwing up yet. What is considered morning sickness, actually throwing up or nausea or both?

I have general anxiety disorder and started me on lexapro over a year ago. I had trouble climaxing during sex so she switched me to celexa then prozac. All SSRI’s give me the same side effects so she put me on wellbutrin which I’ve been on for a while because I was tired of switching but it only helped a little. My new doctor added effexor w/ the wellbutrin. I’m having the sexual side effect, nausea, and headaches after 2-3 weeks from starting it. She said I didn’t give it long enough. So, how long will it take for these effects to go away or should I ask for something else? I do like the med a lot for anxiety but hate the side effects. I just feel like I’m running out of options.
