I get a fairly bad headache at least once a day and Tylenol and Advil are just not helping anymore. I also get migraines and headaches that make me feel dizzy and nauseated. I have been living on Advil and Tylenol for quite a while now and both of those are starting to lose affect. Is there a really great headache medicine out there that I haven’t discovered yet? Or am I just going to have to live with these?

Basically I’ve got a new office job and I’m only 16 but I’ve never used the computer so much since January. I am now beginning to get a lot of headaches and migraines and my mum thinks I should get an opticions appointment to see if I need glasses. Can you get glasses to stop migraine’s when using the computer? 10 points best answer!

I have always had excruciating migraines at least 2 a month and I get a headache about everyday. Is this anything serious? Should I be worried?

I KNOW that one’s for migraine and one’s for others…What I’m asking is, is there actually a big difference between one and the other?

It looks like they use the same medical ingredient, so how exactly is one targeted at migraines and the other not?

What are some natural remedies for migraines?

I’m starting to get my dad’s migraines, which really sucks. He tells me to take migraine pills because they help him, but I don’t really like to take medication unless I really have to. Are there any effective natural methods for relieving migraines?
I know the difference between a migraine and a headache, and they’re definitely migraines. And I know they’re not contagious, they’re genetic.

How can I relieve a migraine without medicines?

I get slight migraines when my body is under stress. Like when I’m working too hard, my sinuses are acting up, I’m worrying too much. What are things I can do to make my head feel better? It feels like there’s a ring around my head and someone is pushing down on it. I took migraine medicine years ago, but I’m seeking new solutions.

I’ve had migraines off and on for years, due to a car accident. The last 2 years, the migraines have cropped up more often and my doctor will prescribe a migraine med for me to have on hand. The problem is, she says that they are all very similar.

So, the question for yahoo users is, in your personal migraine experiences, what prescription migraine medication worked best, and were there side effects, etc?

Thanks!

I keep getting migraines and can’t find out how I’m getting them. Migraines run in my family though. But I’m thinking that the protein shake I drink that contains amino acids may give me migraines. I don’t know much about migraines but any information would definitely help. Thanks!

How do you guys cope with your migraines?

I’ve had migraines for a long time, but they’ve gotten a lot worse in the past year. I’m 16 years old, and live in a very loud house with little kids and stuff. So far, the most I can do is take some painkillers (which never have helped) and nap in a dark room with my noise canceling headphones (no music, because it makes my migraines worse). So I wanted to know if anybody else had some tips to help me out.

Depression symptoms?

Sorry to ask such a serious question, but I am a little too embarrased to take it to my Dr. I am a healthy 26 year old nurse. I believe I have been depressed since middle school – and have thought about suicide on and off since then (on & off being for brief periods every 2 years or so). When ever I feel so low, I am too depressed to talk to the Dr about it, and when I’m not I am too embarrased to talk about it.
The reason I am questioning talking to my Dr about it today is that I am so tired. I just feel like no matter how much sleep I get, it’s not enough. I have a history of migraines, but I feel like I am getting a headache every single day. My job is very fast paced, and these symptoms make me feel like I can’t do my job. I also feel like I need to quit my job every 6 months for no reason – I really like my job, and don’t know why I get such a strong urge to quit.
I know there may be other answers for my symptoms, but does anyone else think could they mean depression?
