I have awful panic attacks from anxiety. What medicine should i ask for to help with anxiety?

Medicine is one of my last resorts. I have tried meditation, relaxaion, counseling and even though overall i get better my anxiety really hasnt!
Me and my roommates have started doing yoga. We currently use the Yoga in p90X. This is a great workout, but we want more. What instructor or video has the highest level of workout intensity in the yoga world? I don’t want meditation yoga or any of that bull. I want the stuff that kicks your rear.
I have insomnia and it’s really starting to affect my schoolwork. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried meditation, lighting incense/candles, doing chores/exercising, taking a hot bath, chamamile tea, changing my sleeping position, rearranging my room, and opening my window. About the only thing I haven’t tried is taking medication, which I really don’t want to do if there is an alternative. Does anyone have any advice for sleeping better?
Okay, you guys have been a bit of helf but not much, okay, my regular bedtime is 9:30 and caffiene/sugar usually helps me sleep. I don’t get hyped up or anything from it, I just get tired, but lately it hasn’t been working. I don’t want to take any pills.
