If so, what causes high blood pressure and how can someone get off of the medications? There is no overweight problem.

I had a partial hysterectomy at age 32 due to cancer, then had my ovaries removed at age 57. I just recently began having extremely intense, uncomfortable hot flashes. I am taking numerous medications and wonder if this is a side effect or if I may need hormone replacement treatment. (I thought I was too old to need hormones).
