My son was just denied health coverage from a private insurance company. He needs medical insurance. I heard that this new law will do away with ‘pre-existing conditions.’ He recently had surgery on his hand from a stabbing. Will this new health care law go back and help pay for the surgery and anything he needs such as physical therapy?

We need medical coverage in the USA desperately. Has anyone given any thought to stem cell research eliminating disease? It would greatly reduce the cost of government regulated medical insurance. Of course not to consider the pain in second place of all this. We need these cures. If at all possible. Why would any one want to stop this I don’t understand.

My friend and her husband are having a baby. They both work, but they make ,000 together and the Medicaid and WIC maximum income in our state is ,000

Their employers do NOT offer medical insurance, and they currently have medical coverage that they bought on their own for 0 a month.

Problem is that their medical coverage does NOT include maternity and they can’t get any other medical coverage because the wife is already pregnant. They have no way of paying for OB costs, delivery, and hospital charges now!

What are citizens supposed to do in this situation?????
It’s not for me, I need the advice for my friend ASAP. What can they do when they state says they aren’t "poor" enough?

employee is having money issues, found cheaper medical insurance for his daughter, wants to drop her from his coverage at work to get the cheaper insurance. Is this considered a qualifying event?

We are a low income family, and we did have medical coverage through DSHS for our children in Washington state. But the state is now making budget cuts and cutting off ALL the children in Washington state as of March of this year. I have an infant and a 2 year old, and this just wont do. I need to at least get them medical coverage. Can anyone tell me what medical insurance you would recommend??

I’m sixteen and just got a job as a receptionist at a Dentist’s office and I know I’m not going to get a strightforward and easy answer from digging around the internet so I wondered if anyone here could just give me a clear explanation as to what dental insurance is and how it’s different from medical insurance. Thank you!

What's a natural way to lower High Blood Pressure?

Our family isn’t the rich type, and we also don’t have medical insurance. I am 14 and my mom has High Blood Pressure. I don’t have a dad and i want to help my mom. She is 45 years old with a blood pressure of 150/45. Are there any good exercises or diets that are not too expensive or time-consuming so that my mom can lower her High Blood Pressure?

When will medical costs start going down now?

I mean Obama and the democrats have now passed their health-care bill so I want to know when medical costs (not medical insurance) will start going down? This is why they are going to be spending almost trillion dollars over the next 10 years to help lower medical costs, right? I mean, if everyone’s medical costs were lowe wouldn’t that help, well, everyone out by making it more affordable?

My mother in law is here in Japan on a short term visa(3 months). She had sprained her hand in India while coming here and is bothering her a lot. We heard that it would be very costly in the hospitals without medical insurance. As she might need to take xray and other medicines. We would like to know how we can take medical insurance for foreign nationals on short term visa in Japan. I thank u in advance for answering my query.

I know the question sounds stupid but, my husband and I just found out that we are having a baby in January. I have medical insurance, which does cover maternal care, with the exception of copay, and deductibles, all that good stuff. Although we have been trying for out lil miracle, it has been so long, that it surprised us when the test came out positive. My husband had some employment struggles and he is in the process of finding full-time employment. Which means for us that we are going to have a lot of medical bills that will be difficult to pay. My original question is can I get medical coupons if I am not making enough to support everything? Even though I have insurance?

Can you have swollen testicle with hemorrhoids?

My nephew has painful swollen testicles, they aren’t always swollen but they become swollen and painful on a regular basis. He has no medical insurance and finally went to the local emergency room. They told him that they couldn’t treat him because he has hemorrhoids which isn’t an emergency.
I didn’t think hemorrhoids occured in your testicles.

I had a partial hysterectomy at the age of 28 for fibroid tumors. I already had 4 kids, and had been suffering for a couple of years. I turned 40 just 2 months ago, and have been having hot flashes for about 6 weeks, is it menopause or something else? We don’t have medical insurance, so going to the doctor to run the normal test for menopause is not an option.

I am too lazy to change my diet, so I’d like to know if there are any specific antifungals/probiotic supplements that work pretty well to destroy an intestinal yeast infection…?

If you managed to cure a Candida/yeast infection, what products or drugs did you take? How well did they work?

I REALLY need help on this as I am faced with a serious health problem that may or may not be Candida overgrowth, but without medical insurance, I can’t get extensive testing done to figure out what condition I really have. However from my own research, it seems likely that Candida is a major component of my longterm illness, if not the whole thing.

Can you treat Candida effectively with supplements/drugs, without making significant dietary changes?

I’m getting all sorts of symptoms now that keep increasing, something like IBS (I feel things moving in my digestive system, and constipation is severe) and blurry vision/eye pain/bloodshot eyes, water retention, fatigue.. I need some help!

my boyfriend lives in florida he wants to get hiv and std testing but he doesnt have medical insurance. Where can he go? Or where can he go in nyc when he comes to visit me?
