I’ve always liked taking massages, and I always like to try different types of them. I’ve already learned how to do a traditional chinese massage, and a swedish massage. It’s definitely a very relaxing profession. What training do I need to become a masseuse? Is there a masseuse license that I need to get?

I just wanted to find the term so that i can purchase a book that deals with that type of massage technique. Or if anyone can recommend a book on that. It is basically when someone uses their feet and massages your back while standing on it. I’ve seen it on TV but dont know what it is called. can anyone help.

I need a portable massage chair to use at an office to give short massages. I have used the Stronglite brand and found that it is ok, but I do not like how difficult it is to put back in the case. I think the other brand I have used was Ergo Lite (?) and it didn’t feel stable enough. I want something light weight, stable, easy to set up and break down, and hopefully under 0. Any suggestions are welcome even if they aren’t completely perfect.

I have a buddy who is really good at giving shoulder massages and the girls love it. He does a sort of finger-roll thing. I have that down but I’m trying to learn how to give a really good neck and shoulders massage. Not like a professional massage with my elbows and stuff, just a hand and fingers massage. Thanks!

I’ve done some reading on prostate massages and it’s supposed to be very good for your health as well as relaxing and feel good. I’m not looking to see a prostitute or go to a seedy massage parlor, are there legitimate spas or doctors or some type of location where a guy could get a prostate massage? Is this considered a theraputic procedure like a massage or is it illegal like prostitution?

I just discovered that my husband’s doctor has performed prostate massages or milkings to relieve pressure and that during this procedure he actually has an erection and has something called a "non-genital" orgasm. Has anyone else ever heard of this? He tells me that it’s not at all erotic and can be sometimes painful. Is this something that I could do for him at home? His doctor is an attractive young woman and I’m not crazy about the idea of these "milkings".
BTW… I don’t want to ask him to see another doctor. She’s tops in her field and I want the best care possible for him.
