I get worried about my girlfriend because she doesn’t have health insurance. I am insured through my job, what are her options? Is there something she can sign up for? If she has health issues I want to know that she will be able to afford any necessary medical treatment. Thanks.

Hi, I’m planning to do a two year diploma on either Esthetics or Massage Therapist in Canada. Which one is more in demand? When I look at the job site, there are more jobs for Massage Therapist but I’ve heard most massage therapists experience a burn out after 2-3 years and it’s bad on their bodies.

As for Esthetics…anyone in this line?

In my bathroom I have an old medicine cabinet with backstage type lights running vertical down each side. I want to pull this out and just place a modern/stylish mirror there instead. Once the medicine cabinet is pulled out, what do I do with the open space? What about the electrical from the lights running down each side? Is this an easy do it yourself job?

I’m about to apply medical school and am almost done with an MS in BME. I really want to be a doctor, but have always been interested in medical investments also. My parents do not want me to be and never have encouraged me to be a doctor even though I enjoy it and have good grades. I have the WORST cramps right now (menstrual) – I’ve already taken two Advils, and they clearly haven’t gotten the job done. What can I do to relieve these cramps? They’re like.. pains in my thigh and lower abdomen, and extremely uncomfortable
(btw, I can’t get Midol, or whatever… is it safe to take another 1 or 2 Advils? or can I take a Tylenol (or Equate pain reliever, my mom only buys generic haha)?

Name some jobs or elective offices where you can get medical benefits for the rest of your life (even in retirement) after fewer than 5 years on the job or in office. Preferably in California.

Its a health issue. The governments job is to protect the health of its citizens so if treating illegals who may have a contagious disease that is what the government is suppose to do.

Every juicer I’ve seen from the Juiceman and so on have several really hard to clean parts. Are there any juicers out there that do a great job and don’t take forever to clean?
