My family is planning to go to parts of China (Beijing, Hong Kong, Hainan Island etc.) and maybe Japan or Taiwan this summer. With the swine flu outbreak, would you still go or cancel the vacation?
Thanks for everyone’s input!
Our main concern is the 15+ hours on the plane in constant contact with many people. We might have to be on many flights as well between destinations.
Thanks!

I am planning to go to Japan but i don’t know what vaccinations i need.

My mother in law is here in Japan on a short term visa(3 months). She had sprained her hand in India while coming here and is bothering her a lot. We heard that it would be very costly in the hospitals without medical insurance. As she might need to take xray and other medicines. We would like to know how we can take medical insurance for foreign nationals on short term visa in Japan. I thank u in advance for answering my query.

I´m going to be in Chiba for one year from september and i was wondering if traditional chinese medicine was cheaper there than it is here (germany). I have neurodermatitis at my hands which is probably caused by an allergy. Here in germany a 3 month therapy would cost around 450 euros. Is traditional chinese medicine in japan maybe cheaper than in germany?

My girlfriend is in a great deal of pain every time during her period. She is from Asia and currently in Japan now, and they don’t seem to have any medicine for it. I could have sworn there is medicine in America for it, what can I do to help her?
