I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins and I just found out that I have gestational diabetes. My immune system is very weak right now ( I am having a few issues with my skin breaking out). Do you know of any safe ways I can boost my immune system naturally?

The bed sores she has are very pussy. One on one of her feet looks like it is an inch deep and almost looks like gangrene. She cannot move on her own and has to be turned every few hours. Someone at the hostpital she does not have good circulation in the areas where the bed sores are but I feel that the hospital is not doing enough to prevent the bed sores. Is there any way to make your immune system stronger? i just seem to get sick a lot, i always avoid people who are sick, i wash my hands, i dont share anything with anyone who is sick. But i keep getting sick, is there anything i can do to make it stronger??

chemotherapy/radiation is the death wish. Big pharma is constantly throwing money out trying to make natural medicine of any kind illegal everywhere and denying the fact that it actually works! But of course everyone is too brainwashed to see that.
