I’m 26 and have been having hot flashes when they happen I get nausea and feel like i’m going to pass out. I have also been very thirsty lately I think I’m retaining water I have been drinking about 6-8 drinks that are 12-16oz each mostly water before 4pm but go all day without having to urinate. Anyone have any idea whats going on with me?
I also became very weak

My ears turn beet red and burn sometimes. Does hot flashes cause that? Mostly in the summer time, but sometimes in winter too>

Which is better for hot flashes flax seed oil or fish oil? I have tried soy which doesn’t work.

Thanks,

I have crisscross of the liver and must be very careful of what I put into my body but the hot flashes are getting worse and my doctors are reluctant to try HRT management any advise will be helpful.

Lately I’ve been having hot flashes and excess fatigue. I wake up after a full nights sleep and become insanely tired a few hours later. I also have been getting hot flashes and are always sweating even when the room is set at 60 degrees. Are these signs of any particular disease. I want to have a heads up before I get my blood drawn. Thanks!
Sorry forgot to mention don’t say menopause cause I’m only 16. lol

I have been prescribed to take this medicine 3 times a day. There were some days that I forgot to take it and decided to skip it and start with the first dose again first thing in the morning. After taking the first pill, I experienced cold chills and sometimes hot flashes. The hot flashes are more apparent when I take them on time, but I don’t get them every day.

Does this have to do with irregular body temperature, hormones or something else?
What makes you so certain that I have an allergy? Could you elaborate please.

what is a natural remedy for hot flashes?

My mother is 52 and experiencing hot flashes and night sweats. She says it’s so bad that it wakes her up at night and she always seems tired. Any suggestions?

Today my friend’s mom has been having moderately severe dizzy spells. And after her hot flashes and dizziness subsides she gets very cold and starts having the chills. Can anyone tell us what’s wrong and maybe a way to temporarily cure it?
Thanks a bunch.

60 years old, have had hot flashes/night sweats hourly for the past 4 years. I keep waiting for it to end. Don’t want to go HRT route. Could it be something other than menopause? Doctor thinks not, but I’m thinking of getting a second opinion. Anyone have any experience with this?

I am having terrible hot flashes. I am 48 yrs old and I think it is the start of the menopause. Can the doctor confirm this for me through blood tests? Also, can you still have your monthly cycle and at the same time begin your menopause?

For the past few days I’ve had terrible dizziness and hot flashes. The dizziness gets so bad that I’m scared to carry my 4 month old around for fear that I will fall over or drop her. The hot flashes are pretty much constant, I have them all day and they just come and go, they get the worst when I’m walking around. What could be the cause of these?
