If the labels came off two different homeopathic remedy bottles that looked the same, how could they told apart from each other, given that they would typically contain no molecules of active ingredient?
Could the contents be lab tested to determine which is which? Or is there some other way? If not, why not, and what conclusions should be drawn?
I would really like a homeopath’s answer please!!

He’s a 3 month old who has a suspected ear infection. I have a homeopathic first aid kit containing – pulsatilla, belladonna, aconite, chamomile and arnica. I would imagine pulsatilla and belladonna would both help, but what about the others? Should I dissolve the pillules in water together to give him?
I don’t want to disturb the local homeopath at night to ask, so I thought I’d check here first.
