I have suffered from internal hemorrhoids for over 30 years and still cant find a cure – any recommendations!!

I take 1 aspirin every day, as I heard it’s good for the heart. Aspirin is a blood thinner, so Im curious if it has any serious side effects, like internal bleeding? How about hemorrhoids? I have the first hemorrhoid of my life, and it started only after a couple weeks of daily aspirin.

My doctor recently diagnosed me with chronic constipation and hemorrhoids. I haven’t taken any steps to treat the hemorrhoids and I’ve been noticing the itching sensations increasing. No blood present. Recently, though, I have noticed a change in the shape of my stool. I was wondering if that could be attributed to the hemorrhoids or if maybe it’s something else… Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have health insurance but I don’t have a primary care physician (haven’t needed one yet and I’m not sure how to start looking lol), so who do I see about treatment of hemorrhoids? Do I just go to a hospital? Or should I look up doctors in my health insurance database- if so, then what type of doctor should I talk to?

I have had hemorrhoids for about 3 years. I do not have insurance so I have never been to the doctor but have used the Preparation H gel and suppositories. The gel doesn’t seem to really help and while the suppositories do help I really don’t like using them. If I did go to the doctor is there like a prescription I could get that would take care of it or at least cure the symptoms?

And would I just go to a regular doctor or what? I appreciate any and all help.

My hemorrhoids just got worse (I’m 68 and have had them just about forever) and are constantly swollen, rather than occasionally so. I would like to avoid surgery, if possible, and prefer natural–organic–methods to heal them. Unfortunately, my main weakness is sweets, which I know doesn’t help.
Alternatively, if surgery becomes necessary, what is the least invasive, least painful method current?

I’m experiencing extreme pain surrounding my rectum. I have large, knot like, lumps on the outside of my rectum. When I cough, the affected area itself, and inside hurts. It feels like my rectum is turning inside out. Does this sound like hemorrhoids?

for the past two years i have been getting hemorrhoids only during my period. i have heard that women get them when they are pregnant, but i am not sure if it is common during there period, or if its something i should get checked out.

Oh and i am 20 years old

I’m scared in case everything just pops out…. I keep feeling pressure in my anal passage and i’m unsure if I need a poo or if its the Hemorrhoids – I don’t want to force myself to go.
