I was reading an article online that said resveratrol was the chemical in red wine that kept your heart healthy. I’m looking on the internet for pills of it, but I would like to know how much is typical in a bottle of red wine to understand which supplements are providing a significant amount.

I’m 12 years old and in science we did a lab that shows what your heart has to do when you have high blood pressure and I learned that it’s really serious and was wondering of some easy ways I can prevernt that. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!

since immunity implies that laws were broken? Is that how we roll now in this country, to give immunity expost facto to law breakers? Is there no longer such a thing as doing things within the existing laws and within constitutional guidelines?
While republicans clearly do not have the people’s interest at heart, I also find the democrats to be guilty as well when it comes to such things as NAFTA, illegal immigration, perpetual funding of the perpetual war in iraq, and acting like spineless cowards.

She’s lying in bed right now, unable to get up because if she does her head will spin and she will be so dizzy and nauseous that she will want to lie back down. She’s only 51 years old, and I’m quite worried about her.
These are her symptoms:
-dizziness
-nausea
-from time to time head hurts; it’s the kind of hurting like your skull’s too small and is tight on your brain
-a little congestion
-head spins
She says that it’s only in the head; nothing is wrong with her other parts. Please say if it is low blood pressure or high blood pressure. IF YOU DON’T KNOW, DON’T SAY ANYTHING. I DON’T WANT MY MOTHER TO SUFFER BECAUSE SOMEONE GUESSED.
Only people who know what they’re talking about answer, PLEASE. Thank you very much
Yes she smiles plenty and when she speaks she sounds like she has a cold or she had a bad night =)

P.S. She’s walking around now and making tea. Her smile is crooked but she said it’s always been crooked, and she’s not weak, but her heart is beating rapidly.

Is it possible that some prescribed medications can cause heartburn? When the meds have nothing to do with heart or digestion or stomach?

my dear friend suffers terribly from constipation. I imagine it’s from the medication he has to take. Considering that not taking the medication at this point is simply not an option, and he’s stuck eating hospital food – what is a natural way he can cure his constipation? it breaks my heart to hear that he’s up till 3am in horrible pain! he’s the sweetest guy – can anyone help?

My husband has just been diagnosed with high blood pressure and was put on a low sodium diet. Further blood tests show his potassium levels are too high, so he is to avoid high potassium foods. What I have found suggests avoiding any salt substitutes or lite salt products, avoid whole grain breads and cereals, milk, yogurt, etc. The "heart healthy" diet his doctor gave him suggests eating whole grains and using "lite" salt as well as low-fat dairy products. So how do you balance the two conflicting diets?

I don’t really have the time and patients to run anymore because my stamina requires me to spend an hour on the track just to sweat a little so i don’t get a full workout with the physical damage that comes with it. I noticed that yoga really gets my heart to race and me to sweat and i was wondering if this is a good replacement for running completely, if not do you know any intense, fast cardio workouts?

For the past two weeks, I’ve been unable to sleep at night due to night sweats and hot flashes. When I get a hot flash within a couple of minutes it feels like my heart is going to jump right out of my chest. Is this normal? Any remedies for relief?
