Diabetes runs in my family and I am scared that I might get it. I recently found out that I was born with one kidney. I havent spoken to a doctor yet but i am curious. Can a person with one kidney and diabetes live a normal life?
I am going to do the master cleanse, and all the recipes call for "grade B maple syrup". I’ve never seen this in the shop, here in Sweden where I live? Is there another term for this? IS it just maple syrup with no sugar?
And also, could I possibly replace it with Agave syrup on the master cleanse?
I take medicine for acid reflux, but still occasionally get it at night. After it happens, my throat and esophogus burn terribly for 1/2 hour or so, from the acid, I presume. Have tried chewing antacid tablets to try to neutralize what is left in my throat, as well as soda crackers, to no avail. I know this is gross, but also very painful. Any remedies for the after effects of acid reflux would be appreciated. Thank you.

I’m 17 years old. I’m 5′7 and weigh 147 LBS….But, I have cellulite (if you push real hard) in the calves of my legs. And my arms seem "bigger" (almost flabby) than they should be. WHAT EXERCISES CAN I DO TO GET RID OF THIS STUFF?

I always feel gassy even though I do not eat anything that causes the gas and I do exercise. Especially in the morning. There’ll also be noise in my stomach and it’s embarassing when I’m in class.

I have untreated high blood pressure (usually around 144/99). I am taking my blood pressure each day to monitor the situation and establish what level I am at. I know I need to go on medication, but I want a medication that will have few side effects. I would like to lose some weight before school starts, but I want to lose weight the right way. I don’t want to diet just some healthy exercise what do you recommend? I have been using one of this Skip-its, lifting dumbbells, and eating yogurt alot. What else should I do???

I was born with Bowel Conditions, I can never go to the toilet properly without taking my Laxitive. Sometimes i forget to take it, Sometimes i just cant be bothered to take it, (My fault) i know.
Its called Dulcolax, Sodium Picosulfate. If i dont take it for like 2 weeks i dont go to the toilet for days on end. When i take my medicene after 2 weeks of not taking it, it gives me cronic pains in my stomach and anus, and is it even normal to be able to feel the fecal matter in your stomach with ur hands???
Btw i’m 15 if that helps??
