I just read from another question I asked that omega-3 fatty acids is good to take if your pregnant, but to be careful about mercury levels. Do omega-3 fatty acid pills have any mercury in them? Can I just have my wife take those pills instead of eating fish?

I’ve been taking ducolax pills for my constipation about 3-4 times a week. I’ve become immune to them now from taking them too much and they don’t work for me anymore. I’ve tried to cure it naturally but after 2weeks it still didn’t work and my constipation got worse. Should I used a different pill such as citrucel? What else can I do to cure my constipation?

I work in a Children’s Hospital and I am 5 months pregnant. I am around sick kids all day in my clinic and was wondering how I could possibly boost my immunity so I won’t get sick so often. I was in an accident and severed three tendons in my forearm as well as damaging the nerve. Physical therapy was never really suggested by my surgeon and I was not given any instruction on what to do while my arm was in a cast for 6 weeks. Is this normal? Everything I have read encourages physical therapy about a week after surgery for injuries to flexor tendons.

I had gotten my nose piercing in may. Now i have a bump on my nose for the 2nd time. I was told to get tea tree oil to get rid of the bump for good. I went and got the tea tree oil but i don’t really know how to use it. If i am suppose to rise it off after a certain amount of time or do i just leave it on or soke it off with the sea salt water? there’s no vaccine to either. people die from both. not everyone who has gotten swine flu has died. most people who have died from the disease lived in impoverished areas, were very young or very old and their bodies weren’t strong enough to fight off the disease, didn’t have enough money to take care of themselves properly, or had poor hygiene. Is there really much of a difference between the swine flu and the regular flu? Are people worrying too much over the swine flu?
