Well, I’ve been sick for about a week and a half now. I feel like I have an ear infection.. I told my mom and she’s just like okay, whatever. I heard that you could go deaf if you leave an ear infection untreated which is a little bit scary but it doesn’t really look like my mom cares, so I doubt I’ll be going to the doctor. So, Is there any home remedies to treat an ear infection?

I have had an ear infection since Saturday, and have been on Amoxicillin since Sunday, my ear still really hurts and so does my throat. Today though, my jaw started becoming very sore and it is very difficult to open my mouth without my jaw popping and locking ni place. Can an ear infection cause this? Yes, I’m going to the doctor in an hour and a half, I just wanted to know if this is normal for an ear infection, thanks!

I’ve got all of the symptoms of tonsillitis. After doing some research, I discovered that tonsillitis may or may not be caused by strep throat. I have had no symptoms of strep throat except for a sore throat. I haven’t had A fever or any vomiting at all. I really want to avoid going to the doctor and getting my throat swabbed because I hate that more than anything in this world. What do you think?

I have skin colored warts on my hands and feet and when I asked my mom about them she said they were planter warts. She thinks they’re not worth going to the doctor for, so what are some good home remedies? I have heard of using duct tape, but will that make it spread even more? And also, if you use the method of coating it with nail polish ,can you still use that bottle of polish on your hands or is it infected?
Thanks for any help!

She is 8 weeks old and gags and coughs a lot. She also makes these squeeky throaty sounds that are actually really cute but may also be a sign of throat irritation. Her nose is stuffy often too. She’s going to the doctor next week but I don’t want her on medicine if it’s not necessary. How do I know if it’s acid reflux?

I don’t know if I have one, but i have yellowy-green discarge and i mean sometimes there is so much that it soaks through. & there are these weird black specs in my discharge too. The smell is horrible, realllly strong fishy odor, and sometimes I am itchy down there. Also is there a way if i had it that I could treat it without going to the doctor, I have a fear of the doctors and would like to avoid it but I will go if I need to. & is a yeast infection fatal? Please no mean answers…
No, I am not sexually active

I’ve never had a yeast infection, but I am beginning to believe I may have one. I know the clearish thin discharge is normal for women, but occasionally I will have a thicker white discharge that does have an odor. I have no reddish, itching or burning. Any suggestions?
(And please don’t suggest going to the doctor because if I were planning on doing that any time soon, I wouldn’t be on Yahoo! answers.)

I am 23 years old and in pretty good shape. I had a colonoscopy about 2 years ago and everything was fine. About 1 year ago I had a sigmoidoscopy and everything was alright there as well.I dont have a family history of colon cancer either, i just tend to worry about this more than some would. I have almost constant abdominal pain with thin stool. I am going to the doctor later this week, but any information would be greatly appreciated.

Because swine flu is one of the top stories on every news media resource, many people who have normal flus or even colds, are going to the doctor’s office or buying lots of medicines and drugs. What if it is a corporate and government sponsored media sensationalized rumor to try and help the boost the global economy?

I’ve had them since I think I was 8 or 10 years old or so and I’m 22 now. I dont know if I can call them warts, they are little bumps on BOTH of my elbows and they are white and itchy (they itch about 2 times a year and after 2 weeks or so the problem goes away). I got I’d say about 15-20 of them on each elbow. If i scratch them a little bit of blood comes out and then they get even more itchy. It’s so annoying. What is it and how can I get rid of this? I’d try going to the doctor but i had so many bad experiences with 90 percent of doctors that i went to that i dont trust them anymore and simply dont know what they spent years in school for so that’s why im here.

I’m being constipated for VERY long now and I’m considering going to a doctor, mostly my constipation gets severe after sometimes 2 weeks and it gets pretty hard to get it out (and very painful), so I’m thinking of going to the doctor this week but first I want this crap out of me, how do I make myself going to to the toilet since going to the toilet is the only hard thing for me to accomplish (I have the giant urge, I’m just afraid for the pain)
