I recently wrecked on my dirt bike and over extended my thumb, resulting in Game Keepers or Skiers Thumb. I had to get surgery and now they want me to do physical therapy. I don’t have enough money for physical therapy so i was wondering if anyone had suggestions for exercises for my thumb. Also ir you know of any books on physical therapy for thumbs that would be helpful. Thank you.

About 5 years ago I slightly tore my meniscus and never completed my physical therapy. Since then my knee buckles constantly and I can not put too much weight on it. Does anyone know some good exercises that I can do to regain strength in my knee?

I’m not an over weight person, at all. I’m 5 6 and I only weigh 110 pounds but I have some cellulite on my upper thighs and butt. It makes me really self conscious in a swim suit so I’ve been trying to get rid of it. I’ve heard it’s hereditary (like it’s passed down from my parents? but i’m not sure?) Does anyone know any exercises, or moisturizers that can get rid of cellulite on the butt and thighs?

What is the best way to get rid of and keep cellulite of of my ass. I work out 3-4 days/week, yet my but has more dimples than the moon! I am so self-conscience about it. I need help! Specific exercises would be great.

I am 20 years old and I am not overweight but I lack muscle tone in my legs and butt. I have pretty bad cellulite even though I run 4-5 days a week. I know there isn’t a "cure" for cellulite except for plastic surgery, but are there any exercises I can do to make it less visible? Thanks!

I am only 21 and a size 1, and yet I still have the problem of having cellulite. I have cellulite on my butt, and my inner thighs. I would like to know what are exercises AND foods I can eat to get rid of fat, especially cellulite. Thank you.
Btw there are ways to get rid of it…I have seen articles on how to get rid of it. It said things like cardio exercise and eating fruits and vegetables. I was hoping that asking would give me more examples of what to do.

Aside from the obvious methods of eating right, exercises and lowering salt intake. Are there any natural herbs or remedies that can lower really high blood pressure quickly ? I’m talking really high as in 180 over 110.. Heart attack stroke kinda blood pressure. Thanks for your replies.. God bless you !

I’m 17 years old. I’m 5’7 and weigh 147 LBS….But, I have cellulite (if you push real hard) in the calves of my legs. And my arms seem "bigger" (almost flabby) than they should be. WHAT EXERCISES CAN I DO TO GET RID OF THIS STUFF?

I`m 18 and i`ve had stretch marks on my hips since i was 13 because they grew too fast. with time they have faded a little but how can i completely get rid of them? i also have a cellulite on my legs… what are some exercises or creams that help?

I am wondering if and the best way to get rid of cellulite on the back of my thighs mostly and legs in general.
I don’t want to do anything to make my legs bigger, if anything I’d like to slim them down. Looking for some everyday exercises I could do.
