I have been a diabetic for 32 years, and I just have been told I have diabetic neuropathy in my legs. Does anyone know any good exercises, lotions etc that will help, besides some meds from the doctor?

I’ve been getting headaches after intense exercises under the sun especially after playing football(soccer).Usually the headaches come about half an hour after I stop playing. It takes about 30 minutes of play for me to get headaches. However,I can play at a high level of intensity indoors for about 2 hours with a short break and not experience anything after that.Usually the aches are in the back of the head and around the temples. The headaches last for a day and they severely restrict my ability to concentrate on work.My doctor told me that it is due to dehydration but I drink lots of water before, during and after play and don’t experience any symptoms of dehydration such as dizziness or nausea. What could be causing these headaches and how can I prevent them?Recently,I have also experienced minor and short headaches during school time.Usually at the end of a long day.

Hi
I strained a back muscle near my right shoulder blade at work and because I have had it so long, the doctor signed me up for physical therapy. What are the chances of recovering from this injury if I follow the therapists instructions and do the exercises at home as well? I have went a long time not using the muscle to aid in healing and because of that, it is weak. It is not a severe strain but I am afraid I will be stuck dealing with it forever. Thanks

my thighs have a little bit of cellulite and i’m trying to get rid of it. me legs looked great when i was a cheerleader, but i stopped. so i’m trying to do everything we did when i cheered so i can get my legs back, but that involved a lot of stretching. so i’m wondering if stretching my legs will stretch my skin and give the appearance of even more cellulite.
also what are some exercises that would help me get rid of it quickly?
thanks.

I have cellulite on my thighs, legs, arms and of course on my backside. I’ve been trying to do consistent exercises just to tone back up. However, I am noticing that the cellulite seems to be getting worse. I drink water, cranberry juice and all to help eliminate toxins.

Our family isn’t the rich type, and we also don’t have medical insurance. I am 14 and my mom has High Blood Pressure. I don’t have a dad and i want to help my mom. She is 45 years old with a blood pressure of 150/45. Are there any good exercises or diets that are not too expensive or time-consuming so that my mom can lower her High Blood Pressure?

I’m fourteen years old, and I have very little cellulite right under my butt and where my thighs start. And, it doesn’t look that bad or anything, but I just want to get rid of it by toning my legs and butt. If you have any good exercises and tips… Thank You(:

I’m getting physical therapy for my knee & hip. I haven’t used it at all for about 6-8wks. My first appt. is tomorrow afternoon. What should I expect? What will be done on my 1st appt.? Will the pain be bearable without pain meds? Thanks!
