I’m not sure how much exercise would also be considered too much. I’ve heard and read some recommend an exercise of 3 times a week. Would exercising daily be too much? I think other people leading active lifestyles have no problem with daily physical activity. Is it possible for a diabetic to still build up their muscles? Or would their condition make it a little more difficult for them?

I can’t take these grainy drinks, any advice? I want to cleanse and detox, hopefully lose weight in the process, to jump start healthy eating and exercise.
Thanks in advance!

My boyfriend has been experiencing headaches. He describes them as coming on strongly, but almost as if the pain is there (on the right side) and as if a lightning storm, the pain extends. The area is sensitive to touch, but he is not sensitive to light or sound. No changes in diet, or exercise. He can only take tylenol – acetominophen base. After the initial pain, the headache usually dulls, but is constant. Does anyone know what could be causing this? He is getting enough water, so he is not dehydrated. Any suggestions?

I’ve smoked about 2 times a day for the last two years, more on the weekends. I’m 18 and I don’t exercise much. How long do you think it’ll take to naturally detox if i increase my daily exercise and stop smoking completely? I’ve heard that people who smoke very often detox quicker, is this true? Thanks!

I had a cervical biopsy a week ago and was given a letter and told no vigourous activities, tampons or sexual intercourse for 2 weeks. I feel fine now, no bleeding and I can understand no sexual intercourse & tampons but I am DYING to get on my treadmill. Most websites say 4-6days before exercise. Think I would be ok to start again now??

My husband has high blood pressure and refuses to go to the doctor. So I am doing some research on how we can try to control it. I know to change his diet and exercise. However, I was reading that you can get some OTC diuretics and calcium channel blockers. Does anyone know some good brands that I can buy or any tips for me. I know everyone is going to say he needs to go to the doctor but he totally refuses to go.

I know exercise and eating healthy does, which I do. I also know that it’s genetics, but I was just wondering if this brand helps reduce the look of cellulite at all? Thanks!

i am currently and undergrad student and really want to do physical therapy. I have 3.6 gpa right now and am majoring in exercise science. What else will I have to do to ensure I get into physical therapy school and also what is physical therapy school like?
