Healthy recipes?




Hi,
I’m 18 and live alone,I don’t know how to cook except simple things(eggs)so I eat fast food a lot but I want to eat healthy food from now on ..so if you know a simply recipe plz tell me




I was wondering, because I know some cows are milked by uncomfortable machines daily and some egg laying chickens live cramped lives. Do organic and free range mean they’re treated humanely and have a comfortable, happy life?

Also, if I owned my own chickens and cows, would I be able to obtain milk and eggs from them without making them uncomfortable?

I don’t prefer to eat the yolk of an egg but I know eggs are a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. Are omega 3′s found in the egg whites?




Is bee pollen, propolis and royal jelly a natural way to help our eggs? If so, would it be good to take a vitamin that had all of that in it?




Is it just the increase in omega 3 and if so can regular eggs have flaxseed or an omega 3 oil added and give the same benefits?




also, should i stop eating eggs on a daily basis? my mom has high blood pressure. and i don’t want that.

I notice red patches in the middle of chest in 2002 and in 2005 the severe dandruff problem (since 2001) found to be none other than Eczema. Scales from red patches on few areas of scalp. Few on chest and few on back.

MY cellulite is genetic,i gain weight in my thighs butt and arms.
My butt and thighs have tons of cellutlie and i dont know if u can get rid of it from exercising.:(. MY body fat is 34%,and yes i know 34% means obese,but i do not feel or look obese,and all my fat is in my thighs,and my thighs dont even look huge. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and was recently diagnosed with a touch of gestational diabetes. I am no longer allowed to have more than 15g of carbs for breakfast before 10:00 am. So I have been reduced to some fruit and a glass of milk or yogurt for breakfast. Prior, I was a milk and cereal, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, and toast eater for breakfast. Now I am starving again after I’ve been at work for an hour with this reduced carb breakfast. It’s hard to have the energy I need to keep up at work when I haven’t had a filling breakfast. I start at 8:00 and I don’t get my lunchbreak until 1:00 usually. I can bring a snack to tie me over until lunch, but I still can’t even eat that until after 10. So do you have any good ideas of foods that will fill me up better but still be within the 15g of carbs guideline?

What should not I eat and should I eat for rheumatoid arthritis?

I was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis.I have had the disease since I was 11.At first,I can’t walk.After 2years,I recovered and since then,I have been healthy.Now I am 23/male/married/1 child.However when I had checkup again,I was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis again and the doctor told that my lungs were not very good and I had high cholesterol level even though I am lean.Is it because I eat a lot of eggs?That’s why I have been doing exercises eveyday until now to get rid of not only cholesterol and rheumatoid arthritis as well.
I don’t want to take many medicines with harmful side effects.
I prefer avoiding foods that are bad for rheumatoid arthritis and taking remedies.
And I am perfectly willing to do exercises and sports instead of taking drugs.
