Natural and Alternative Treatments - A Holistic Approach In Medicine
I want to do a colon cleansing, but there is no WAY I am going for a colonic and I don’t want to spend 100 dollars on ordering one. Is there medicines in the regular drug store you can buy?
I need an acne treatment that I can get at walmart or a drug store. I don’t need a facewash. Just "spot treatment" for acne that I can put right on the pimple. What have you used? What works best? Any skincare tips?
I heard that the average person has anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds of fecal matter build up inside their colon! (YUCK) and that a colon cleansing can get rid of that. Is that true or just junk science?
Also, if a colon cleansing is worth the money, do you have to go to a doctor to get one done or can you buy something at a drug store or health food store and do it yourself?

I have been under the care of a traditional chinese medicine doctor and its quite expensive…00 per day for the herbs, which I cook in a pot and then drink. He tells me his herbs are better and more powerful than those purchased from any health food/drug store. Is this true?
