I would like to lose some weight before school starts, but I want to lose weight the right way. I don’t want to diet just some healthy exercise what do you recommend? I have been using one of this Skip-its, lifting dumbbells, and eating yogurt alot. What else should I do???
P.S. i live in Iowa so i can’t exactly go to the beach

I have recently been diagnosed with postviral gastroparesis. Although I am tolerating the low fat low diet fairly well (oh how I miss fresh veggies and loathe baby food!), I have developed a strong tendency towards constipation. I believe this is due to the "low fiber" part of my diet. I am a little concerned about this because of a strong family history of colon cancer, and fiber is said to help prevent it… What can I eat or take to relieve the constipation?

Is it changing diet? More exercise? Using cellulite creams?

And if you can, what kind of diet and exercise? I am desperate, I am really slim,(43 kilos) but have tons of cellulite on my butt and backs of thighs. Every diet says to lose fat to eliminate cellulite, but i really don’t want to get any skinnier. What can I do?

I don’t want a diet! I just would like to cleanse my body of all the toxins and bad stuff to feel re-energized and healthy
I don’t want a diet! (However if the detox does have weight loss effects that’s ok, just making it clear that i am not specifically looking for a weight loss detox)

My husband has high blood pressure and been prescribed Crestor & Micardis. But, due to high costs, we are unable to afford his medications. What are YOUR food suggestions? Everyone always say "diet and exercise" and we know that. My husband does not have a problem with his weight. He’s 38 years old, 165lbs., 5′7" tall. He’s still muscular (somewhat) due to years of body building. His siblings (all under 45 years old) & parents are all under medication for high blood pressure & high cholesterol.

I don’t have any cellulite in thighs but I do have in the belly area. I heard that loosing cellulite in thighs needs a lot of exersice, some creme products and diet ofcourse! Is it easier for the belly area? Because I hate it! If I lost enough kgs so that my belly gets flat, will it still be visible?

I have heard a few things about lemon, and I drink senna tea (which works wonders), but I’m wondering if anyone has any good home remedies? I think I’m going to try a cleanse and a fast, to jump start a diet, is that safe?

My nephew has sensitive skin and is very prone to all sorts of "diaper rashes". Now he is dealing with one caused by yeast. He scratches, then it spreads to other parts of his body. What are some home remedies I can try.
Yes, we change his diaper frequently, change his diet. He is alergic to milk products and we can not use yougert. He is also allergic to other topical products.
He has seen his Dr. several times. |This is a cons1tant battle for him.

I have cardiovascular disease and I was reading up on it in my book. I encountered that many things are similar to diabetes, do they link and can I get diabetes? Also my doctor told me that my diet should consist of a moderate amount of dark chocoate, can I eat white/ milk chocolate too?

I always hear about the creams for cellulite and what not, but I’m convinced it only works a little bit. I want to keep an ongoing thing to make sure cellulite isn’t on my body. I have a little bit, and I despise it. How can I completely ban it from my body? What’s a good legit diet to keep up so that it goes away, and what about exercises?? Please help!!!
