I have an identical twin sister who became paralyzed from the neck down not that long ago. She’s helpless and we have to change her diapers and tube feed her and suction her lungs, etc…We’re 17 and I take care of her a lot. My mother and I noticed she’s getting a type of red sore on her upper thigh. Does anyone who’s knowledgeable know how you properly treat a bed sore and prevent further sores and diaper rashes?
the wound isn’t open or bleeding, its just really red

My son has had diaper rashes since he was 7 months old off and on. He is now 1 and a half. I have tried triple cream, stuff at the store, and even behind the counter cream. Some have worked but only for that time of rash, then when he has it again it does not work. Oatmeal, baking soda, and neosporten I have tried too. I’m so stressed out from finding the answer. Please HELP!

My nephew has sensitive skin and is very prone to all sorts of "diaper rashes". Now he is dealing with one caused by yeast. He scratches, then it spreads to other parts of his body. What are some home remedies I can try.
Yes, we change his diaper frequently, change his diet. He is alergic to milk products and we can not use yougert. He is also allergic to other topical products.
He has seen his Dr. several times. |This is a cons1tant battle for him.
