I have absolutely NO medical coverage, dont qualify for state help and cant afford medicare at 1 a month and cant afford health Ins through husbands job, I have diabetes and no financial means to pay for my much needed test strips.

I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins and I just found out that I have gestational diabetes. My immune system is very weak right now ( I am having a few issues with my skin breaking out). Do you know of any safe ways I can boost my immune system naturally?

New doctors have found out I was misdiagnosed with diabetes. There were problems with the glucose tolerance test. My doctor said I had hypoglycemia. He told me I needed to be treated with diabetic medication. What effect would the glimiperide have on my system? Did it make my pancreas increase my insulin levels, trying to lower my blood sugar levels ? However it worked, it really has my endocrine system all messed up. Does anyone know about this?

I have the wrong test strips are there any places that will switch them for me.I have a One Touch mini and they are too big for my meter.
Are there any diabetes clubs that will help with the cost of the testing strips?

How many of you think that diabetes blood sugar meter test strips are overpriced and they can sell it for less.It also makes me wonder they can provide ‘meter’ either cheap or even free but not strips.How many think its is actually b.s.and if they want they can also sell strips for really cheap?

I don’t have diabetes, but it runs in my family. I like to monitor my blood sugar every week. I noticed that pharmacies carry them behind the counter, as well as drug testing kits, etc. But how about those glucose test strips? Thanks so much.

Does the fact that you have Diabetes 2 complicate your recovery efforts? I am thinking that prostate cancer treatment might involve a dietary adjustment that might complicate what one is trying to do to cut down on sugar intake.

My teacher-a pharmacist- is asking us that question and we have already researched that there is Diabetes Insipidus and Diabetes Mellitus but what i want to know is how this diabetes is caused. Like a mechanism of action type of deal.

My mother in law just found out that she has diabetes. She have a appointment to see a doctor to see what she can and can not eat but it isn’t for two weeks. She loves the candy hot tamales and want to know if she can steel have them or not. I told her I didn’t think so but I would cheek on here to see. well i went to the doctor today because i have been peeing alot and stuff lately..and i did a pee test…they said they would get back to me in two days..but i was just wondering if they can check if you have diabetes from your pee?? im very scared and i really hope its not diabetes
