Hi i am currently 28 weeks pregnant and i got gestational diabetes and now i have to follow a proper diet and regular exercise and after all this my sugar level is controlled but sometimes its just under the required level, i mean sometimes it comes 6.9 or 7.0mmol/l after meal and 5.4 (fasting).
