I usually make goodies baskets for everyone at Christmas. My Step-mom just found out she is diabetic. I still want to give them a basket, but I don’t have any appropriate recipes. Any ideas? I usually make several cookies and candies.
Thanks!

I fell off the healthy wagon for Christmas and someone suggested doing a cleanse before jumping back into my diet and exercise routine. I’ve never done one so I don’t know which are good/effective and what exactly i should expect from doing one. any advice/suggestions would be great, thanks in advance

A friend of my mom’s died of breast cancer a few days ago. If that weren’t bad enough, ANOTHER friend of my mom’s, who is also the mother of a friend of mine, recently got diagnosed with breast cancer. And its so sad because its Christmas time. That poor family has been through so much…
What is the survival rate for breast cancer? Does anyone have any statistics or percentages?

My dog is five years old and in great health, with no outstanding medical problems or concerns. My family has recently been looking into adopting a second dog for Christmas, but our current dog hasn’t any vet records and we aren’t clients of any vet in the area. I know the rewards of having updated canine vaccines, but what is the typical cost? I planned to phone the vet and ask them to set an appointment to update my dog on all vaccinations needed in order to reassure adoption agencies of his health. Would they be able to answer that for me?

I’m sick right now, and I don’t want to be sick on Christmas. I’m meeting my family and I don’t want to be left out of the activities because I’m sick…. This is one of the only times I get to see them. I need some great advice on how to get well. Anything from home remedies to medicines.

Since Christmas, I’ve been kind of down physically (I had an injury, but am OK now) and my libido seems down. I’ve only been with the wife 2x and the mistress 1x in that time. I’m just not as frisky. I don’t even feel like watching adult movies.

So my friends and I have decided that we will try to eat natural foods and little or no artificial foods until Christmas. We’ve heard that you feel a lot better, you have more energy, etc. Umm, so I was wondering how bad artificial foods really are, and some main things to stay away from and some simple things that are healthy and inexpensive. We’re 13 and trying to develop good eating habits; we’re not anorexic or in any bad weight situations, we just want to be healthier. Thanks, any additional info would be great.

Christmas is coming up. And I’ve grown close to my foods teacher who has rheumatoid arthritis. Any ideas for gifts?

I would really like to know that because Christmas is coming up and I know that my mom would really like an anti-aging cream, she has used a lot over the counter products but can’t seem to find one that truly works. Please suggest from previous experience!

I am doing two different kind of treats for my social club but some are requesting me to make something that people with diabetes can eat. What’s is the best treat for Christmas that is easy to make and diabetes can eat?
